If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of your item being delivered and let us know why you would like to request a return or refund. We want to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for to the best of our ability!
In order to be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be in the same condition you received it unless the item was damaged during transit. You may be required to provide proof of purchase.
Custom products are not eligible for a refund in most cases, but we are willing to work with you depending on your problem with the product.
If the item(s) are completely unused we may request them to be shipped back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
